Is the displayed price final?
It is an estimate for your chosen team, time and visits. Scope, supplies, any travel costs and applicable taxes are confirmed before you approve a quote.
How is the budget calculated?
Your budget always covers four weeks from your preferred start date: two visits per week means eight visits. The number of days in a calendar month does not change it.
Is my selected time reserved?
These are your preferred times in Bali time. The team confirms availability and the start date before the first visit.
Can everything be cleaned in two hours?
It depends on area, condition and priorities. The price covers booked work time. We check whether it is suitable and adjust the scope or time if needed.
What does Cleaning +++ add?
Cleaning +++ adds extra care for tile grout, shelves and finishing touches. Items are removed to clean shelves, then returned to their original places using photos taken before cleaning. Cleaning equipment is dedicated to each room, and specific needs are agreed with you within the chosen time.
Are the pool, garden and laundry included?
Select indoor cleaning, pool and/or garden in the assistant. Prices are shown separately and the total follows your choices. Laundry and exceptional work are quoted separately.
Which rooms can be included in villa cleaning?
Your programme can cover accessible floors and surfaces, the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Specify shelves, accessible windows, bed linen and limescale to address: tasks, frequency and working time are agreed with you.

HostKeeper Cleaning Bali offers villa cleaning, pool care and garden maintenance in Uluwatu, Pecatu, Bingin, Ungasan and Balangan. For Jimbaran and other areas, contact us to confirm availability and any travel arrangements.
